Keyword density = (14 / 700) x 100
= 0.02x 100

Keyword density = 2%!!!

The rate somewhere between1% and 5% is usually preferred by the SEO experts. This means that a destined keyword will appear in an article one to five times for every one hundred words, and if the stuffing keywords more than that, the search engine may consider it as search spam.
